Oven Braised Chickpeas and Merguez with Yogurt and Mint from the April 2008 Food and Wine. This is nice, we give it a 3. Served with an impromptu salad with Blood Orange infused Balsamic, and Chocolate Infused Olive Oil, with freeze dried corn.

We made an Indian dinner for Carl's Executive Team this evening. We started with Papadum accompanied by a Sweet Tomato Chutney, a Hyderabadi Tomato Chutney, and a spicy Papaya Salsa.  Here are the new recipes: 
Bombay Style chicken with red split lentils from Madhur Jaffrey's Indian Cooking. Gets a 5.



The rest come from Madhur Jaffrey's World of the East Vegetarian Cooking. 
Saag Paneer. Good flavors, needed more salt--gets a 3




Sweet and Sour Okra with Chickpeas--these flavors are great! Another 5!



Dessert was diced mango with mint and blueberries
