No fools are we this April Fools Day! Tonight's new recipe is the
Grilled Catfish Steaks with Chipotle Avocado Salsa from
Rick Bayless' Mexican Kitchen. We used halibut because that is what was fresh, and this was delicious! We give this a 4.
We served it with leftover risotto with the radish pickle from the
Romano Risotto with Radishes from the September 2009
Gourmet. The radishes really made the risotto--we give this a 4!
