New recipe, May 27, 2015
Grilled Scallops with Lemony Salsa Verde from the June 2015 Bon Appetít. Served with a simple spinach salad. Nice! We give the scallops a 5.
Wine: Kosta Browne 2012 One Sixteen Russian River Valley Chardonnay
