New recipe, July 6, 2019

Double Cut Rib Eye with Sweet Gorgonzola Butter from the July 2019 Food and Wine. Served with a grilled corn salad and sautéed onions and mushrooms. The recipe is fabulous! We give this a 5.
And thanks to Rich and Tim, enjoyed with an amazing 1982 Chateau Ducru-Beaucaillou St Emilion. Amazing!
