Tonight we enjoyed Chicken Vesuvio from Epicurious.com, with grape tomatoes with salt and pepper. It is an easy and delicious recipe.The wine was a 2006 Lan Rioja Crianza--worked nicely with this flavorful, mildly spicy dish.
