We had dinner this evening with an old friend of Carl's, Steve Kozak. We did the African Adobo Rubbed Tuna Steaks again (too good to pass up!), and the new recipe was a Tomato Sambal, both from Epicurious.com. Yum!The wine was the 2007 Piere Sauvignon Vie di Roman Sauvignon Blanc. It was nice, and I am thinking a Pinot Grigio might have been even better with the richness and mild sweetness of the dishes.
