
Tonight's recipe was
Grilled Chicken Sliders and Apricot Chutney Spread with Guacamole, from
Cooking Light Magazine. Who ever heard of healthy sliders? But here they are, and they are very tasty.
Wine: Côté Est 2009--we were aiming to stand up to the chutney, which tastes most like mustard (which is in it). Pretty nice with the dish.
