Coriander-Crusted Scallops with Chive Potato Hash and Sweet Corn Sauce. This was apparently designed for a spa, so we made and ate it in rather larger amounts than this called for! It was very good.
Wine: 2009 Domaine de Pellehaut Harmonie de Gascogne. Worked really nicely with this dish
