
Today's new recipe was for lunch (so no wine):
Cabbage and Tomato Slaw with Sherry Mustard Vinaigrette, from
Epicurious.com, with sautéed potatoes and zucchini, and chicken-red pepper-spinach sausage. Yum! The slaw is not excessively sweet or spicy, but the flavors blend together very nicely!
