New recipes, June 29, 2011

Tonight's new recipe was Watermelon-Cucumber-Tomato Salad from Epicurious, with mesquite smoked grilled chicken thighs (which Carl put together on the fly) and Cilantro Scallion Bread (still delicious after it was made a couple days ago. It was a nice meal!
