
Tonights's meal was delicious!
Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Cherry Salsa (delicious repeat), and
Napa Cabbage with Peas and Prosciutto (the new one), from
Epicurious. The cabbage is not a spicy dish, but has lemon zest and juice, which make it work pretty well, even against the spiciness of the salsa. A surprisingly good match!
Wine: Yalumba Barossa Shiraz-Viognier 2003. Nice wine with cherry tones, leather. Great wine, would do better with a little less spicy dish.
