
Tonight we had
Orecchiette with Garbanzos, Tomatoes, Feta and Mint (except we had to use Farfalle--no Orecchiette at King Soopers!) from
Epicurious. This is a simple pasta salad, but when you use fresh mint and tomatoes and cilantro, it tastes incredible.
Wine: Crane Lake Pinot Grigio 2009, a very good match to the herbal elements in the salad, with an acidity that brightens it up.
