New recipe, August 14, 2011

Tonight's new recipe was Indonesian Goat Curry from Calvin Schwabe's Unmentionable Cuisine, with steamed basmati rice, and a garden salad with a Viandox vinaigrette. Thanks to Pat and Chris for the goat meat!

Wine: Finca Flichman 2007 Malbec. A perfect match!
