
Today's new recipe was
Seared Sea Scallops with Lemongrass Sauce and Basil Mint Cilantro Salad from
Epicurious. We had it on a bed of quinoa. I used tomato sauce rather than whole canned tomatoes in the sauce, so it came out a bit sweet, but the mix of flavors with the salad was great!
Wine: Crane Lake Pinot Grigio 2009
