
Tonight's recipe is
Gwyneth Paltrow's
Spaghetti Limone Parmeggiano, from
Epicurious, with fresh heirloom tomatoes and peppers from the garden, and sliced avocado.
Wine: 2010 Crios Rosé of Malbec--a nice, not spectacular wine, worked nicely as a complement to the spaghetti.
