New recipe, September 25, 2011
Choucroute from Cooking Light, with sautéed king trumpet mushrooms with smoked paprika, and a green salad with red peppers with a Maggi vinaigrette. All delicious!
Wine: Gridley Napa Valley Cabernet Franc 2006
