New recipe, November 12, 2011
Beef and Potato Salad with Smoky Chipotle from Rick Bayless' Fiesta at Rick's. With corn tortillas, and a "deconstructed pico de gallo" (tomato salad with onion, serrano, cilantro and lime juice).
