New recipe, January 4, 2012
Spicy Thai Coconut Chicken Soup from the January 2012 Cooking Light, with a quick cucumber pickle. This soup is quite a bit lower in fat than the traditional version, but it is equally delicious!
Wine: Villa Wolf 2008 Gewürztraminer
