New recipe, February 23, 2012

Bangkok Garlic and Black Pepper Chicken and Pomegranate Fennel Orange and Watercress Salad, both from John Gregory-Smith's Mighty Spice Cookbook. Both are very nice! The chicken gets a 4, and the salad is so wonderful it gets a 5!
Wine: 1749 Sauvignon Blanc 2009
