New recipe, April 12, 2012

William Bent's Buffalo Tenderloin Filet Mignon from Holly Arnold Kinney's Shining' Times at the Fort, served with a tomato salad with home grown sprouts, and a stuffed grape leaf. The buffalo gets a 3- nice flavor, not as tender as I might hope.
Wine: Santa Margherita Chianti Classico 2006
