New recipe, April 16, 2012

Beef Filets with Red Wine Sauce and Roasted Veggie Fries, from the May 2012 Cooking Light. Quite a nice job with great flavors and many less calories than would have been traditional with steak and fries. Gets a 3.
Wine: Nicolas Potel Beaune 1er Cru Clos des Vignes Franches 2006
