New recipe, May 2, 2012
Grilled Sirloin with Anchovy Lemon Butter and Broccoli Rabe from the March 2012 Cooking Light, with a quick sautée of red bell pepper, onion and mushroom. Recipe gets a 4!
Wine: Bookcliffe Vineyards Reserve Cabernet Franc 2009. Delicious!
