We had asparagus and cheese ravioli from Costco with the brava sauce from yesterday's Patatas Bravas, with a salad of home grown mâché. All delicious--we like the sauce even better the second day--but since none of it was totally new per se, today's new recipe is the

Gary Regan's The Joy of Mixology. We give it a 4--tart, but still balanced!
