New recipe, June 26, 2012

Wild Rice with Bell Pepper and Fennel, from the July 2012 Cooking Light. Really fast, very tasty--gets a 3. We used brown rice as we didn't have any wild rice handy. Served with some mesquite smoked turkey breast.

Wine: Cantele Negroamaro Rosé 2011
