New recipe, September 13, 2013
Arugula Salad with Melon and Prosciutto from the October 2013 Cooking Light. Very nice! It gets a 4. Served with a vegetable pasta Carl whipped up on the fly--also very nice!
Wine: Domaine de la Fouqutte Cuvée Rosée d'Aurore 2012
