New recipe, May 20, 2014
Carl made this one up: Snap peas with Black Chinese vinegar, rice wine, light soy, pinch of sugar, ginger and scallions. Delicious, it gets a 4!
Served with Thai chicken salad.
Wine: Banyan Monterey County Gewürztraminer 2013--a good match!
