
Okra Fry (Bindhi Masala) from the September/October 2016 Eating Well. Good flavors, a bit heavy on the salt. We give it a 3, but with a bit less salt it would be a 4. Served with a reprise of the Pork Chops and Couscous with Tomato Caper Sauce from the September 2016 Cooking Light
