New recipe, September 11, 2016
Balti Lamb Tikka, from the Best Ever Indian Cookbook, by Mridula Baljekar, Rafi Fernandez, Shehzad Husain and Manisha Kanani. Very nice, we give it a 4. Served with grilled Olathe corn, and chard and tomatoes from the garden.
