New recipe, October 8, 2016
Seared Chicken Breasts with Green Piri Piri Sauce from the October 2016 Cooking Light. As the photo reveals, we used red peppers, because that is what we had in the garden. And this is excellent! We give it a 5. Served with tomatoes from the garden.
