3 means it is good, we might make it again.
2 means we think we could fix it if we made it again.
1 means we will never make it again.

New recipe, October 1, 2019
BlackBerry Rosemary Gin and Soda from the September 2019 Rating Well. Curiously the recipe specified vodka, not gin. We tried it both ways, and it is better with the gin. With gin, it gets a 4.
