
Blistered Broccoli Rabe with Orange and Sesame from the December 2019 Eating Well (no broccoli rabe handy so we use collard greens with a sprinkling of dry mustard, thanks to a suggestion from Chef D); and Sausage Spiced Cauliflower Steaks from the December 2019 Food and Wine. These are both delicious, and both get a five!
