Cauliflower Okonomiyaki from the January 2020 Food and Wine. There are a bunch of small steps to this recipe, so it takes a little time. But it is fantastic! A total 5. Also gave me an entertaining adventure finding several ingredients (that I could have ordered online if I was more patient) at our local Har-Mart, which was also very satisfying!
