New recipe, April 10, 2020
Dijon Chicken with Shallots and White Wine from the March 18, 2020 Denver Post. Served with potatoes sautéed in duck fat with truffle powder. The chicken is wonderful (you had me at butter, and then all these other flavors!), we give this a 5.
