New recipe, April 23, 2020
Tri-Tip Steak with Tiger Bite Sauce, and Purple Sticky Rice, both from the May 2020 Bon Appetít. These are from a Hmong chef in Minneapolis. The flavors are familiar but combined in ways that are new to us. These are fabulous—we give them 5s!
