Buccatini Alla Griccia with Fava Beans from the April 2020 Bon Appetit. Pasta seems to be up there with toilet paper and wipes during the COVID-19 era, so we used spaghetti. But this is still a very nice set of flavors, simple and elegant. We give this a 5.
