New recipes May 18, 2020

Collard Greens Salad with Fried Plantain and Sumac from the May 2020 Bon Appetit, and Sous Vide Medium Rare Steak from a nova.com. Both get 5s. The flavors of the salad are unusual and delicious. And the steak is so moist and tender—it is quite amazing!
