New recipes, May 27, 2020
Lamb Biryani and Gajjars Kosbari (Carrot Salad) from NYT Cooking. We give these both a 3. The flavors are good but they came out dry. The biryani recipe could have been clearer about whether to cover the meat while simmering (we think yes!).
