New recipe, May 21, 2022
Sheet Pan Pierogies with Brussels Sprouts and Kimchi from NYT Cooking. This is another dish that illustrates how kimchi mellows when it is cooked and melds into the other flavors in a dish. Very nice, this gets a 4.
