New recipe, September 26, 2021

Grilled Lamb Kebabs with Smoky Peaches from NYT Cooking. This was interesting. Good flavors, but seemed dominated by 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar. As leftovers, though, it was much more nuanced. We would suggest letting it marinated in the vinegar for at least 10-15 minutes before serving. We like this and give it a 4.
