New recipe, March 10, 2023
Chilaquiles Rojos with Fried Eggs and Cotija from the April 2020 Food and Wine. This is a classic Mexican breakfast dish but it makes a great dinner too. The salsa, with a variety of dried Chiles, is great! We give this a 5.
