New recipe, May 22, 2023
Instant Pot Japchae from Epicurious. This really is nearly instant, and quite delicious. I was able to find the sweet potato starch noodles (thank you H-Mart!). This is a very flavorful Korean dish, but not hot. We give this a 5.
