Slow Cooker Senate Bean Soup from NYT Cooking. Ham hocks are hard to find, so we used a smoked turkey leg. The recipe also calls for 1 tablespoon of salt. The flavors are great, but it came out too salty. We would cut back on the salt. Otherwise quite nice, so it gets a 4.
