The Potato Gruyere Tart from Food and Wine has a lot of steps but is a stellar dish. It gets a 5! The Eggplant with Black Garlic and Fig Salad are both from Ottolenghi's Plenty More, with his usual playful mix of flavors and textures. They get 4s. The Porchetta with Cheesy Chard and Leek Stuffing from Food and Wine has great flavors, but we found some parts of the meat to be a bit dry, while others are moist. Not sure how to fix that, but overall, it gets a 4.
