New recipe, May 23, 2011

Tonight, Carl made an Andouille Sausage and Potato Omelette, from Epicurious.com. It was served with sliced tomatos.

Wine: Bodegas Ercavio Tempranillo Roble 2003. We were looking for something that would complement the andouille, and this worked very nicely!
