Both from the July/August 2014 Eating Well: Heirloom Tomato Salad with Fried Capers, which gets a 4, and Escarole and Turkey Sausage Pizza--this had nice flavors, it got slightly overcooked. We give it a 3.
Wine: Gérard Bertrand 2008 Minervois--a nice match.
