From the September 2014 Cooking Light: Tilapia and Fennel Yogurt Sauce served with Red Pepper Couscous and Shaved Carrot Salad. These dishes go nicely together. Over all these are 4s. The fish alone could be a five.
Wine: Benziger Sauvignon Blanc 2011. A nice match
