Grilled Polenta and Vegetables with Lemon Caper Vinaigrette from the May/June 2016 Eating Well. Very tasty! Great mix of flavors, and we got to use fresh zucchini and eggplant from the garden. This gets a 5.

Chilled Cucumber Soup with Soba Noodles from the July 2012 Bon Appetít. The recipe calls for straining out the solids from the soup, which would give a clear green broth, but could not bring myself to get rid of all that good stuff. Delicious, it gets a 5.
