Fall is coming quickly! Tonight's new recipe is Chinese Duck Curry from The Ultimate Thai and Asian Cookbook, by Deh-Ta Hsiung, Becky Johnson and Sallie Morris. This is a nice combination of Chinese and Thai flavors. We give it a 4--it could have been a bit spicier.

Potsticker and Vegetable Stir Fry from the September/October 2016 Eating Well. Actually, this was a riff on the recipe, (we used egg rolls instead of potstickers, used a variant mix of veggies), but it was still quite good.
