Lamb Spare Ribs, cooked according to the instructions for braiding Crispy Lamb Spare Ribs with Honey Creme Fraiche and Chopped Pea Salad from epicurious.com. We did not make the whole recipe. The ribs were tasty but not so tender, so we give it a 3 as we cooked it.
