If you are in Denver, H-Mart has shaoshing wine without salt—it is great in this soup! The final instruction to add 2 Tbsp of salt seemed excessive to us. 1 tbsp seems about right.

Irish Pork Roast with Carrots and Parsnips from the April 2019 Eating Well. The flavors were really nice, but the pork came out a bit dry, even cooked as instructed. We give it a 3, mostly because of the dryness.
